Return & Refund Policy

At xbagcollectionasddp B.V., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for canceling orders, returning products, and receiving refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note that orders that have already been processed for shipment cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the item(s) upon receipt according to our Returns policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them
  • The item(s) must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • You must provide the original purchase receipt or order confirmation

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us using the information provided in the "Contact Us" section below

We will investigate any reported issues with refunds and work diligently to resolve them in a timely manner.
